Large windows and its two-storey design provide loads of natural light throughout the lobby and easy access to all the building’s amenities.

Free lobby Wi-Fi is available to tenants and guests.
Collaborative Seating
Anyone can take advantage of the collaborative leather seating positioned throughout the first and second floor of the lobby. Perfect for a quick meeting or a change of scenery.
Bear with Salmon
This impressive 7,200 lbs sculpture of a Grizzly bear feeding on salmon was cast by Edmonton born artist, Dean Drever, and sits at the building’s main entrance.
Rotating Art
The lobby’s walls host exhibitions from local Edmonton artists, which rotates every few months.
Bösendorfer Piano
The lobby houses a Bösendorfer Oscar Peterson Signature Edition Piano, one of only twelve created, and the only one in Canada. The piano is used, on occasion, for artist’s performances, but every day the instrument’s keys and pedals come alive, moving up and down to recreate Peterson’s original performances, just as he played them 40 years ago
